Every Roovi piece comes with a 1-year warranty covering:

✔ Plating Warranty
 Coverage against abnormal fading of plating under normal wear conditions.

✔ Manufacturing Warranty
 Coverage for any manufacturing defects related to craftsmanship, setting, or structural issues.

This warranty does not cover:

● Damage due to mishandling, accidents, or improper storage

● Normal wear and tear, scratches, dents, or tarnishing from exposure to chemicals, perfumes, or moisture

● Repairs or modifications done by third parties

If you experience an issue covered under warranty, our team will repair or replace the piece after assessment.

Lifetime Plating Services

Because jewelry deserves ongoing care, Roovi offers lifetime re-plating services for all our pieces at a nominal service charge.

This service helps restore your jewelry’s finish and keeps it looking radiant for years to come.
