How it works:

Initiate: Share your Roovi order number or the phone number used to place the order. Our support team will get in touch with you for product and pickup details.
Quality check: On receiving the piece, our team inspects it for authenticity and condition.
Credit issued: 50% of the original amount paid is credited to your Roovi wallet and can be used to place a new order on roovi.in.

Eligibility
This policy applies to:
Pieces purchased directly from www.roovi.in
All silver jewellery sold by Roovi
Orders with an original invoice value of ₹1,999 or above
This policy has no time limit — it is valid for the lifetime of your purchase, regardless of when you bought it
The piece must have been purchased at least 2 years prior to the buyback request — this policy is intended for refreshing older pieces, not for immediate resale after purchase
Excluded from this policy
Customised or personalised/engraved designs
Silver bars, coins, or investment articles
Free gifts or promotional items included with an order
Roovi reserves the right to refuse the buyback for any piece, at its sole discretion
Roovi reserves the right to modify or discontinue this policy at any time, without prior notice

Wallet terms
Wallet credit is valid for 2 months from the date of issue, after which it lapses
Credit is redeemable only as store credit on roovi.in — it cannot be withdrawn as cash
A flat ₹150 logistics/handling charge is deducted from the credited wallet amount
If the quality check finds damage beyond normal wear, a proportionate deduction is made and the remaining eligible amount is still credited to your wallet
