Return and Refund

Duration Of Return: We provide a 7-day return policy for all unused and unworn items.

Conditions of Returns:

  • You should have started the return request within 7 days of product delivery.
  • The white tag on all the products must be intact when we received the product at our warehouse. After inspecting the returned goods, ROOVI retains the right to issue or cancel refunds.
  • If you have paid a shipping charge for your order, then unfortunately, it will not be refunded back to you.
  • ROOVI Received an Empty Package or Missing Product: If you have returned multiple products & there are some missing products in the orders we receive, amounts up to the entire MRP of the missing product may be deducted by the company from refunds. This is also true for promotional products & products on sale.
  • You Received an Empty Package or Missing Product: If you get an empty package or a product that is missing, we kindly ask that you get in touch with us as soon as you can —and no later than 48 hours—via phone or email. To proceed with the request, we will need a complete video of the package being unpacked.

Please be aware that your claim may not be fulfilled if there is insufficient proof or an obvious indication that the package has been manipulated. In every one of these situations, ROOVI retains the right to make the final judgment.

Bought ROOVI products from other shopping platforms: If you have bought ROOVI products from other platforms other than roovi.in website , then the return policies of that shopping platform will be applicable.

How to start a Return Process?

  • Place a Return Request: Place a return request for your order within 7 days of product delivery. You can place the Return Request here or Mail us at hello@roovi.in or call/ Whatsapp us at 8707212633
  • Wait for the Request to be Approved: Once we receive the request, we will check the issues & product images provided by you. We will respond within 48 hours.
  • When your return request is approved, we will arrange a pick-up for the product.
  • Be Available for the Pickup of Return Product: You should be available for the pickup & hand over the product to the respective pickup person. You should be available on the day & time of pickup of the return order and you should respond to the delivery partner’s calls & messages.

The delivery partner may decide to cancel the reverse pick-up if you are not available or are unable to answer the calls. The process will need to be started once again, in each of these situations, this will lead to extending the overall process time period. A loss of your precious time & ours too.

  • If your, PIN code not Serviceable: The majority of PIN codes in India are available for both forward and backward shipping services , but there can be certain pin codes which can receive the order but we will not be able to do a return order collection & offer return shipping services.

In all of these situations, we reserve the right to ask that you use a different courier service to return the item. You will be responsible for transporting the Jewellery back to our warehouse but we, ROOVI, will reimburse 50% of the shipping costs for such an order.

  • After we receive the returned product at our warehouse: Our QC team will check the parcel returned by you. The white tag on the product must be intact, The product must be unused & not scratched or broken from anywhere.
  • Please be aware that your claim may not be fulfilled if there is insufficient proof or an obvious indication that the package has been manipulated. In every one of these situations, ROOVI retains the right to make the final judgment to proceed or cancel the return request.
  • Return Products are Checked & Approved: We will start the refund process, after our team checks & approves return goods.

Refund Policy: We’ll start the refund process as soon as we check & approve the return product sent by you.

After the product has been checked, the time taken for refunds to be credited depends on the payment mode used & is as follows:

  • UPI: 3 to 4 working days
  • Debit/Credit Card: 5 to 7 working days
  • Wallet/ Gift Card: 3 to 5 working days
  • COD orders: 7 to 10 days
